Code of conduct

The Code of Conduct and Ethics and the Labcorp Supplier Code of Conduct are important parts of the Labcorp Business Practices Compliance Program, providing compliance guidance that governs the conduct of employees and setting forth standards that all vendors, suppliers, contractors, consultants and agents (“Labcorp Suppliers and Vendors") are expected to follow when working with or providing services to Labcorp.

U.S. False Claims Act compliance

Labcorp and its subsidiaries closely adheres to local, state, and federal laws, regulations, policies and guidelines applicable to the operation of clinical laboratory facilities.  

Labcorp has adopted and is providing its Compliance with False Claims Acts under Federal and State Laws Policy (“Policy”) pursuant to the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005. This Policy sets forth our commitment to compliance with the U.S. federal Civil False Claims Act and similar state laws including the whistleblower protections . 

As Labcorp Suppliers and Vendors, we advise you of Labcorp’s expectation that you and your employees will invoke this Policy as necessary with respect to services, supplies, and materials you provide to Labcorp and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable federal and state laws.

EEO Compliance

Labcorp Suppliers and Vendors are required to abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a). These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, and for inquiring about, discussing or disclosing compensation.

These regulations also require covered Labcorp Suppliers and Vendors take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.
