The existing orders-in-progress view in Labcorp Link has a new capability that offers greater transparency and quicker access to information when it matters most. The enhanced Order Tracking Experience addresses the challenge of limited visibility into order status, which often results in time-consuming follow-ups. The new capability allows healthcare professionals to view all orders in a single, unified interface, regardless of how the orders were placed. By integrating orders from various sources, including electronic health records and online portals, this tool streamlines workflows and saves valuable time.

Resolve patient issues provides the ability to electronically address patient billing issues related to a patient's age, gender and diagnosis code. Respond to requests for updated patient diagnosis codes, date of birth and gender. Active issues can be sorted or filtered, according to preferences, while providing office managers the ability to assign and categorize the issues. 

Add-on tests

Get easy online access to request add-on tests to existing orders. In Labcorp Link, you can add tests to orders from any source—your EHR, Labcorp Link and manual requisitions.
