Released N-Glycan Analysis of the Fc-Fusion Protein Aflibercept with Additional Site-Specific Population and Occupancy Analysis

CASSS MS 2022 -- Glycosylation is a common PTM and is formed during the production and manufacture of a therapeutic product. Glycans play a significant role in therapeutic proteins and require confident quantitative analysis. Labcorp has developed a robust released glycan analysis suitable for therapeutic products with multiple sites of N-glycosylation. Utilising IdeS and protein A separation have enabled full released N-glycan analysis of specific subunits. Additionally LC-MS peptide map analysis can provide limited site specific glycan information and glycan occupancy.
