Validation of an Automated, Scalable Comprehensive Genomic Profiling Assay for Hematologic Malignancies
This study validated an automated, scalable comprehensive genomic profiling assay this with an expanded gene panel of 141 genes in 293 patients with hematologic malignancies for the detection of clinically informative genomic alterations. The validated assay will provide comprehensive genomic alterations in patients with hematological cancers and help clinicians to select appropriate therapy to improve clinical care and patient outcomes.
